I've bought 3 belts from this brand, and they're all top-notch. The first one I got about a year back still looks great and shows barely any wear, even though I wear it nearly every day.

I just got myself a leather notebook cover from this brand. The quality is top-notch, and I'm really happy with my buy. I did run into a minor issue with the first item, but the customer service was outstanding, and they handled my concern quickly and politely. Definitely recommend!

I got a belt for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift back in 2019. He really liked it and wore it for a few months, but then the pandemic hit and it just sat there. When he finally tried it on again a few months later, it was already broken. I reached out to the company, and they were pretty helpful. I sent them some pictures and even paid to ship the belt back for repairs. They couldn’t fix it, but they did send a replacement, which I appreciated. Now, just a few months after getting the new one, it’s failed too. The leather has separated from the metal part. I’m really disappointed because I thought I was investing in a quality item, but honestly, the belts from Primark have outlasted these by years. I want to invest in products that are durable and I’m willing to pay for that, but it seems like this British belt company has some serious issues with their construction or design that just don’t match the price.

I've picked up my second belt from you, and I gotta say, the quality is top-notch. Sadly, I went for a personalized one this time, and it turned out to be a bit too wide. But hey, that's on me, not you!

I got a full grain leather belt for my Dad as a Father's Day present. He had a clear idea of what he wanted, insisting on top-notch leather. I got the Bradgate in that deep oxblood shade. It showed up super fast. The quality is stunning, with a nice grain on the leather. I’ve already placed an order for another one in brown. Can’t wait for it to get here!

Great assistance - both people who got the gifts are super pleased. One thing that could be better: I’d love to have a ‘check if this is a gift’ feature, which would keep prices off any delivery documents and maybe let you include a note for the recipient.

Great quality item and it showed up promptly. The site suggested going a size up from your usual jeans, so I went for a 36” since I’m a 34”. However, the only belt that fit me was the smallest size; I likely should've just stuck with the 34” belt.

I've been hanging around for ages waiting on my delivery, and then I get an email saying the brace I ordered is out of stock. That's just plain annoying. If the item ain't available, why hasn't the website been updated?

Getting in touch with customer service was a bit of a hassle, whether through Amazon or their own site. But once I finally heard back, everything was resolved pretty fast.

These belts are fantastic, just the perfect fit, and they look sharp with my initials embossed in the leather. I really enjoy sporting these belts.
